Therapure My Pure Magnesium delivers 150mg of elemental magnesium per capsule in the highly bioavailable glycinate form which is magnesium attached to an amino acid glycine molecule for greater bio availability and body recognition. While exact percentages vary based on the individual, research suggests that the fractional absorption of glycinate can reach approximately 18% to 24%.
