What To Expect — A Realistic Timeline

Allow to absorb naturally, no rubbing required however if you wish to speed things up do take the opportunity for further manual gentle breast massage, your breast lymphatics will only thank you. The rose quartz roller provides gentle lymphatic stimulation with every pass. Use daily for best results or at least 4-5 times a week. Consistency is key here as we are seeking breast tissue iodine repletion.
