Product Description
Goldilocks Mineral Tea — Mineral-Rich Herbal Infusion for Hair Thinning & Hair Loss Support
A deeply nourishing herbal infusion crafted to remineralise hair, skin, and scalp from the inside out. Our Hair Mineral Tea blends mineral-rich botanicals traditionally used to strengthen hair, help thicken hair, and support healthy-looking growth in cases of hair thinning and hair loss.
Each ingredient has been chosen for its long history of traditional use in supporting scalp health, hair density, and overall vitality — making this tea a simple daily ritual to remineralise your body with the building blocks healthy hair needs.
Why These Herbs? The Hair & Scalp Benefits
Nettle — A classic remineralising herb, nettle is rich in silica, iron, and other trace minerals traditionally used to nourish the hair follicle, support circulation to the scalp, and help reduce the appearance of hair thinning over time.
Horsetail — One of the richest plant sources of silica, horsetail has long been used to strengthen strands from root to tip, support keratin production, and help thicken hair while improving elasticity and shine.
Red Clover — Traditionally valued for its mineral and isoflavone content, red clover is used to support scalp circulation and a balanced scalp environment — both considered important foundations for healthy hair loss prevention rituals.
Tulsi (Holy Basil) — An adaptogenic herb traditionally used to support the body’s stress response. Since stress is a well-known contributor to hair thinning, tulsi’s calming, balancing properties make it a gentle ally for long-term scalp and hair resilience.
Hibiscus — Known in traditional haircare as a “hair growth flower,” hibiscus is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, which support collagen production, scalp health, and a strengthened hair shaft — helping hair look fuller and more resilient.
Rosehip — A naturally vibrant source of vitamin C and antioxidants, rosehip supports the body’s natural collagen synthesis, which plays a key role in hair strength, shine, and scalp tissue health.
Licorice Root — Traditionally used to soothe the scalp and calm irritation, licorice root may help create a healthier environment at the follicle — a useful supportive step for anyone addressing hair thinning or flaky, sensitive scalp conditions.
Marshmallow Root — Rich in soothing mucilage, marshmallow root helps hydrate the scalp and soften dry, brittle strands. Its nourishing, anti-inflammatory qualities may support healthier hair texture, reduce tangling, and create a calmer, more balanced scalp environment.
Together, this mineral-rich herbal blend offers a holistic, plant-based approach to nourishing hair from within supporting strength, thickness, and vitality as part of a consistent daily ritual.
Tasting Notes
Refreshing, slightly sweet, and fruity-tart, with berry-bright top notes and a deep, earthy herbal base.
How to Brew
Long Herbal Infusion (Recommended for Maximum Mineral Extraction)
For a deeply nourishing, mineral-rich brew that helps remineralise the body, we recommend preparing this tea as a long infusion.
- Add 2–4 tablespoons of tea to a large glass jar or teapot.
- Pour over 1 litre of freshly boiled water.
- Cover and steep for 4–8 hours, or overnight, for maximum mineral extraction.
- Strain and enjoy warm, chilled, or over ice.
Store any remaining infusion in the fridge and enjoy within 48 hours.
Cold Infusion (Smoother, Lighter Flavour)
A gentler mineral extraction method that also protects the vitamin C in the rosehip from heat.
- Add 2–4 tablespoons of tea to a large glass jar or bottle.
- Fill with 1 litre of cold, filtered water.
- Stir or shake gently, then cover.
- Place in the fridge and steep for 8–12 hours (or overnight).
- Strain and enjoy chilled throughout the day.
- If you’re home, you can top up the water and keep the same herbs infusing as you strain throughout the day.
Tip: Cold infusion creates a smoother, lighter flavour while still gently extracting plant minerals over time.
