How to Take & Dosage: Adults take six capsules once daily with a large glass of water. If you’re new to organ supplements, start with 1–2 capsules daily for the first week before increasing by one capsule daily. Children aged 2+ can take 1 capsule morning and evening. 12 years and over can take 2 capsules morning and evening.

Consistent long-term use is best. We suggest taking it daily for 3 months and ongoing. If spring is a tricky time of year for you, start Histamine and Immune one month before spring.
